The Baw Baw Shire Council held a "pop-up" playgroup last Wednesday morning under sunny skies at McNeilly Park in Drouin.
Council is running these events monthly throughout the year for young families to come along and enjoy.
Children can enjoy a range of activities including music, crafts, physical play and story time.
The pop-up playgroup is designed to give residents the chance to meet other families and to learn about other playgroup services available in the shire. The events are suitable for children aged 0-5 accompanied by their parents or carers.
The next event will be a Mother's Day focussed playgroup and will be held at the Family and Children's Services Playgroup at 12 George Street in Warragul from 10.00 am to 11.30 am.
